Be a part of A CAPITAL CUP FOR KIDS EVENT

The Capital Cup for Kids Hockey Tournament is an adult hockey tournament that started in 2010 with 4 local teams and approximately 60 participants. Our tournament has grown to 24 teams across six divisions. Our tournament features an A Division, two B Divisions, a C division and two over 50 Masters Divisions who all compete for the “Capital Cup” while also taking great pride and initiative in raising funds for families in our community who need our help. We have partnered with local charities like Building on Love and Make-A-Wish who share similar visions in their dedication to our community. Over the last 15 years, we have raised over 1.5 million dollars for charities and families in our area.  Go to Website for more information

The Capital Cup for Kids Pickleball Winter Classic is an adult Pickleball tournament that started in 2024. Held at True Pickleball in Latham, NY,  the tournament featured four divisions including a 50+ Mixed division,  18+ Mixed division, 18+ men’s doubles division and an 18+ women’s doubles division. Each session included the chance to bid on some amazing auction items, door prizes, swag bags for players, food, and an awards ceremony to the crown champs of each division. We partnered with Building on Love for this event. With a shared  mission to assist families in our community, we came together through our love of sport, especially team sports, to rally our community to help our neighbors in need.
